dude, this is one of the most original games ive seen in a long time. Its an action game with the gameplay mechanics of a tower defense game. OI would love to help you create a game with you. I have a game idea that i think you’ll love.

Who made the fantastic “pixelo-illustrations” avatars of the main characters? The stylisation is awesome, very clever!

The character concepts were done by Bruce Glidewell of S2 Games.

When I got to ‘Awakening’ I suddenly realised what parts of this soundtrack have that impresses me: bass. Well written bass lines are what made classic Sonic music…well…classic. Just listen to Mystic Cave Zone or Oil Ocean Zone.

Anyway, congratulations on the bass inclusion. I think that can really make a soundtrack.

Your game was the best part of the Indie Royale bundle, haha. Simple, yet remarkable. Waiting for a Soulcaster III!

My last 48 hours have been spent playing both Soul Casters! And I tell you I enjoyed every minute. It’s games like these that make me realise why 2D is so awesome, and why AAA titles so frequently fall short of anything original. Simply divine folks. When can we see a Soul Caster 3?!

48 hours… you’re probably better than I am after that many runs through!

I have some more porting to do for my games in the next month or two, but I am kicking around ideas for Soulcaster III and will be doing some prototyping soon. Got lots of fun stuff planned.

What Can I say? I’ve gave Soulcaster 8 out of 10, and Soulcaster III is game that I wait for. I must say that I would love to make a game with such simple, but interesting gameplay. And I must say that almost everything is fantastic in Your games – muisc, story, gameplay etc.

    Great Work!

My only regret is not knowing them before ;p ;p ;p

What a great game! I’ve just finished playing through every single mode and was still learning new strategies each time.

The Epitaph challenge was interesting; I was hoping for an easter egg instead of a scroll though after all that hard work :)

    Time to play Soulcaster II!
